This luxury three bedroom villa is situated at the top of Pegia village, in a cul-de-sac with six other privately owned villas.
This part of the village is quiet and peaceful and commands fantastic views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. The centre is just a five minute walk from the villa with “Phillipos” an excellent supermarket to cater for your every need, with an array of local taverns, takeaways, and restaurants to suite every taste.
The villa has a large open plan lounge with two sliding patio doors, both leading onto a large balcony area with “breath taking views”. Panoramic views across the village and out to the coast line.
In the lounge is 42” flat Screen TV, with surround sound, with a Netbox to stream all the English programs (see below), films, etc, via the broadband. Wi-Fi is available in and around the villa so you can connect with your own devices, where ever you are.
A fully fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. It has a large dining area with dining table and chairs to seat 8 people.
The villa has a total of three bedrooms, all fitted with wardrobes.
There are two bedrooms on the upper level, each having two single beds. Also on this level is the family bathroom with WC, hand basin and corner bath with shower.
There is then a marble staircase leading down to the ground floor, which has a safety gates/doors top and bottom, ensuring the safety for small children.
On the lower level is a large bedroom, comprising of a King size bed and a single bed, ideal for anyone wanting a child in same room.
Also on this level is the second bathroom with WC, hand basin and shower, and the Bar, with a sliding patio door leading out the pool area and Mediterranean garden.
The Bar with its nautical theme is equipped with a large fridge/freezer (for all that beer), kettle, sandwich toaster, washing machine, kitchen sink/drainer, and music player which you can connect your own iPod/MP3 player.
Towels for the pool are stored in a cupboard in the bar.
The large 4 metre x 8 metre swimming pool is maintained twice a week, keeping it looking nice, clean and ready for an inviting dip.
Smoking is not permitted at the villa.

Peyia is about 25 minute drive from the Paphos International Airport. Peyia is a working village with many facilities including:- banks, chemists, bakeries, take-a-ways, and a good array of Taverns serving traditional Cypriot food, as well as many other world cuisine.
A must visit is “Peyia Tavern” which is excellent food, and very traditional food including the Cypriot Meze.
Paphos (Pafos) is approximately 15km from Peyia. Paphos is split into Kato Paphos, area down by the harbour, and Pano Paphos which is the old town and this is where the shops and old traditional market is. Kato Paphos with its pretty harbour, has many Tavern and bars. There are many archaeological remains such as Medieval Castle actually in the harbour. The House of Dionysos, which is the excellent fine Roman floor mosaics, and is worth a visit. The are several churches and the “Tomb of Kings” to keep you busy too. There is now a very new shopping mall “The Kings Avenue Mall” which will keep the ladies occupied for a while….
Coral Bay is about 2 – 3 minute drive down from Peyia, and renowned for having two of the best sandy beaches on the island, with safe swimming with Life Guards. There a lot of faciticties including mini golf, scuba driving, go karting, as well as rental shops for cars, motor bikes, quad bikes, and off road buggies. You can also book jeep safari`s and other tour here too. You can do a bit of shopping here too, if you wish in the shops and supermarkets.
Peyia Tavern - Excellent traditional Cypriot food, including the Cypriot Mezes. Must book or go early evening.
Phidias Tavern - Be ready for a bit of “banter” and great food.
Corallio- Best Steaks ever. Again booking advised.
Fat Mammas - Where dancing girls perform while you`re eating.
Vrissi café bar- Sports bar that does good food.
NEO's Sport Club - Excellent food, especially his steaks, but does a very “Full English Breakfast. Good place for watching motor sport, etc.
Oniro By the Sea - Lovely Shabby Chic restaurant by the shipwreck. Very nice to chill with a very different menu. Excellent.
